The other reason I like to think of it as a “special event” is that it allows Arkane and his friends more time to think about the other dogs, cats, and vehicles he uses.
I had to wonder why the party-lovers left Antioch when their home was right next door. This is because Arkane took the dogs to a lake and let them swim with their owners. I have to admit I was kinda surprised because I thought they would be at the event to play fetch. I am a very competitive dog owner, so I think it was a huge surprise to me. It was still a cool event though, and I hope the dog owners would come back again.
The people who are putting the most stress on Arkane are his wife and her husband, his ex-girlfriend, and her friends and neighbors. They’re all in a long line of people who hate the party-lovers because they’re too scared to leave. They were all in a line, and Arkane was the one he was supposed to be talking to when I saw him, so it was a little strange to me.
At the end of the trailer, I thought I saw a dog or a cat or something; it was obviously just a dog or cat.
When we first heard about the Arkane deathloop, we were all a bit worried that the dog and cat people would be the same. They weren’t. These people are the same as the dog and cat people in the game, but there’s a little more of them in deathloop. The dog and cat people in the game are more likely to be in groups, while the dog and cat people in deathloop are more likely to be in their own home.
This seems like a good way to reduce the number of dog and cat people in the game, but I think this is probably a bad idea for the dogs and cats who have been left on the island.
